The Entryway Gallery Wall
A gallery wall is one of those things that looks intentional but builds slowly– a frame here, a print there, something your kid made on a Tuesday. This one is no different.
While many of the pieces can be linked, some are vintage finds– crewel embroidery I hunted down on Etsy, things that showed up at the right moment— and some are kid art and family photos that can’t be sourced anywhere except our own life.
I’m sharing everything I can link, though! Below you’ll find frame colors, sizes, mat details and print sources to inspire your own gallery wall.
The full entryway tourWhy A Gallery Wall
The entryway had a large blank wall and a gallery wall was always the answer– it’s one of the best things you can do with a big empty space.
It fills the wall in a way that feels collected, and it gives every odd little thing you love somewhere to live.
If you’ve been staring at a blank wall and can’t figure out what to do with it, a gallery wall is a genuinely great place to start.

I painted a thrifted frame in Templeton Pink. No mat but there’s a 1″ border around the print that I kept.
Walnut frame with no mat (the picture has a white border and I left that, so it looks like a mat)
We had this framed when we purchased it from Artfully Walls– it’s the 17×14″ in light pink wood with non-glare glass and no mat
I purchased a wooden frame from Michael’s years ago that worked with this print. It came with a large mat that I kept (around 3″ on each side.)
