These Terms of Service govern your use of our membership program. By signing up, you agree to these terms.
Membership & Billing
Subscription Plans: We offer two subscription options:
- Monthly: $7/month, billed monthly
- Annual: $70/year, billed annually
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) until you cancel. You’ll be charged using the payment method on file.
Payment: All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.
Cancellation & Refunds
How to Cancel: You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
- Monthly subscriptions: You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
- Annual subscriptions: You’ll retain access until the end of your annual period. No refunds for unused portions of annual subscriptions.
No Refunds All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you won’t be charged for future billing periods, but we don’t provide refunds for the current period.
Access & Content
What You Get: Your membership includes:
- Access to all lessons and guides across our four framework areas (Color, Art & Frames, Furniture & Textiles, and Delightful Details)
- Real examples and behind-the-scenes content from our home
- Exclusive content on Instagram Close Friends
- New lessons and content added regularly
Content Ownership: All content provided through the membership (lessons, guides, images, videos, etc.) is owned by Home In The Hemlocks and protected by copyright.
Usage Restrictions: You may access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
- Share your login credentials with others
- Download, copy, or redistribute membership content
- Use content for commercial purposes
- Post membership content publicly (including on social media, blogs, or forums)
Account Security: You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Each membership is for individual use only.
Changes to Membership
Pricing Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ notice. If you’re on an active subscription when prices change, your current rate will be honored until you cancel.
Content Changes: We may add, modify, or remove content from the membership at any time. We’ll regularly add new content, but we’re not obligated to maintain any specific piece of content indefinitely.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, including sharing login credentials or redistributing content.
Limitation of Liability
The membership content is provided “as is” for educational and inspirational purposes. The content shared reflects our personal experience and opinions.
You’re responsible for your own design decisions and home projects. We’re not liable for any outcomes, costs, or damages resulting from following suggestions or inspiration from the membership.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We’ll notify members of significant changes via email or through the membership platform. Continued use of the membership after changes means you accept the updated terms.
