I wanted to get this all down because I get asked often on Instagram and feel like it’s too much to explain in messages!
If you’ve messaged me, you know I often sing the praises of Charlotte Tilbury and Makeup by Mario. I’ve linked the specific products below along with details on how I apply each, colors, etc. I’l start with skincare and then jump to makeup.
Skincare
Elixer Spray: Probably so unneccesary but I love it! It smells like the spa
Serum: This is part of my Charlotte Tilbury obsession. I use it AM and PM.
Moisturizer: feels like velvet! I initially planned to use it for special occasions but it was just too good to not use daily. I use AM and PM.
Eye cream: Love this product! I use it every morning and evening. It’s very moisturizing and has made such a difference for my undereyes.
Eye patches: I use these every few days and am a big fan!
Face masks: I use these at least once a week! I wear them overnight and absolutely can’t believe how much better my skin looks in the morning. CURRENTLY AN AMAZON PRIME DEAL! I buy them in the larger packs (16 count) when on sale but they also have 4 count packs available.
Cleansing oil: I love this for removing makeup!!! I use it at night before washing my face with cleanser. I apply it with my fingertips and just gently rub it in for a minute or so– then I use water to start washing it off and a wash cloth to help remove it. I use face cleanser after but don’t have a brand I am loyal to so use your favorite!
Makeup
Primer: adds the perfect amount of glow! There are several colors– I use Starglow & apply with my fingertips.
Foundation: SPF 50, too! I use color 24N and apply with my fingertips and then blend using this brush. I actually use that brush throughout the process (blending the skin enhancer, blush, highlighter…)
Concealer: love love love! I use the color Illusion and typically apply with my fingertips. It’s a gamechanger if you have a hard time with your under eye area.
Skin enhancer: An absolute favorite!! I use the color Medium (light medium in the winter!) and apply it with this brush.
Blush: Another great one– I have the color Perfect Pink and apply it with this brush
Highlighter: I got this recently in a kit and was surprised how much I like it! It’s very dewy and gives the perfect amount of glow. I use the color Pillow Talk.
Setting powder: I use this brush and mostly use it around my eye area to set concealer
Brow definer: holy grail status– color is medium brown
Brow powder: I use it after the brow definer with this brush (soft brown color)
Setting spray: The final touch! I add mascara after using the setting spray
Lipstick: I use this daily! I have the color Sunday.
